We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Pace Pharm.
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and
compliance of our pharmaceutical products and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Systems
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Audit and Inspection
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance
- Prepare for and support external audits and inspections
Deviation and CAPA
- Investigate and resolve deviations and complaints
- Develop and implement corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPA)
Document Control
- Manage and control quality documents and records
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of documents
Training and Compliance
- Provide quality and compliance training to employees
- Ensure employee understanding and adherence to quality and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a life science or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of quality and compliance principles and regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with quality management systems
- Certification as a quality auditor or specialist preferred
