We are seeking a skilled Biostatistician to join our team at Pace Pharm. As a Biostatistician,
you will play a critical role in the design, analysis, and interpretation of clinical trials and
other research studies, ensuring the statistical integrity and validity of our pharmaceutical
products.

Key Responsibilities

Study Design and Planning

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and plan clinical trials and research studies
• Develop and review study protocols, statistical analysis plans, and data management plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines

Data Analysis and Interpretation

• Conduct statistical analyses of clinical trial and research study data
• Interpret and communicate results to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Develop and review data visualizations and reports

Statistical Consulting

• Provide statistical guidance and support to cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with data management teams to ensure data quality and integrity
• Develop and implement statistical methods and procedures

Regulatory Submissions

• Prepare and review statistical sections of regulatory submissions
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in biostatistics, statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in biostatistics or a related field
• Strong knowledge of statistical principles and methods
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with statistical software and programming languages (e.g., R, SAS, Python)
• Certification as a statistician or biostatistician preferred
