We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Data Manager (CDM) to join our team at
Pace Pharm. As a CDM, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of clinical
trial data, ensuring data quality and integrity, and supporting the successful execution of
clinical research programs.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management
- Manage and coordinate clinical trial data from study start-up to database lock
- Develop and implement data management plans, protocols, and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, biostatistics, and medical affairs
Data Quality and Integrity
- Ensure data quality and integrity through data validation, cleaning, and verification
- Develop and implement data quality control plans and procedures
- Conduct data audits and resolve data discrepancies
Database Management
- Manage and maintain clinical trial databases, including database design and development
- Ensure data security and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure database performance and integrity
Reporting and Analytics
- Develop and implement data reporting and analytics plans
- Generate data reports and visualizations to support clinical trial decision-making
- Collaborate with biostatisticians and medical affairs teams to interpret data results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a life science or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in clinical data management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial data management principles and practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic data capture systems
- Certification as a CDM or equivalent preferred
