We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Pace Pharm. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Lead cross-functional teams, including internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including status updates and progress reports
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Develop and implement project communication plans
- Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures
- Manage project resources, including personnel and materials
- Track and report project progress and performance
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality and customer requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methods, and tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar preferred
