We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)
to join our team at Pace Pharm. As a CRC, you will play a critical role in the coordination
and management of clinical trials, ensuring the successful execution of studies and the
delivery of high-quality data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical trials from start-up to close-out
• Prepare and maintain study documents, including informed consent forms, case report forms, and study protocols
• Screen and enroll patients, conduct patient visits, and collect study data
• Collaborate with investigators, research staff, and sponsors to ensure study compliance and progress
• Manage study supplies, equipment, and investigational products
• Develop and maintain study schedules, timelines, and budgets
• Ensure accurate and timely data collection, entry, and reporting
• Participate in study monitoring, quality control, and quality assurance activities
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and company standards

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or higher in a life science or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in clinical research, coordination, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and ICH guidelines
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic data capture systems
• Certification as a CCRC, CCRP, or CCRA preferred
