We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to
join our team at Pace Pharm. As a CRA, you will play a critical role in the management and
monitoring of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company
standards. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality clinical research programs and
bring new treatments to patients.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage clinical trials at investigative sites to ensure compliance with protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
  • Verify and document patient data, case report forms, and trial materials
  • Collaborate with site personnel to resolve issues and improve study conduct
  • Develop and maintain relationships with investigators, site staff, and vendors
  • Prepare and submit monitoring reports, status updates, and other documents
  • Participate in study start-up, study close-out, and study management activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and company standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a life science or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research, monitoring, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and ICH guidelines
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel (up to 60% of the time)
